Our Story
The firm was set up in November 1993 by Land Surveyor C Mandaza who had left the Surveyor General’s Department as a Senior Land Surveyor to venture into private practice. It started off with one articled Land Surveyor and four Survey hands and grew up to the current level where it has a staff compliment of 15 people.
The Firm has grown into a partnership by incorporating two experienced Registered Land Surveyors, Messrs Enock Hwingwiri and Gresham Chivizhe. They both trained and practiced under Terrasurveys since the year 2010 and 2013 respectively.
Our Legacy
Since inception, Terrasurveys has played a pivotal role in shaping Zimbabwe’s urban, peri-urban, and rural landscapes. Our extensive project portfolio includes large-scale cadastral, topographical, and volumetric surveys for government, municipalities, developers, and private clients.
